INDEPENDENCE BAY COMMUNITY HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION is governed by a set of RULES & REGULATIONS— they are available at the Liberty Clubhouse.
When each of us bought our homes here, we agreed to be subject to the provisions of our Declaration of Protective Covenants and Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and the Rules and Regulations of our Association, all of which make up the Community Association's Governing Documents. When you live in any community similar to ours, you give up some of your rights and freedoms. If you do not want to abide by the Documents, Rules and Regulations, then you should not live in such a community. Each owner, resident, tenant, invitee, relative, or guest, in addition to the obligation and duties as set forth in the documents of IBCA.
