Independence Bay is a gated community surrounded by water in Deerfield Beach, Florida comprising Single Family homes, Villas, Condos or Townhomes subdivided into 11 neighborhood associations: Ambassador, Capitol, Centennial, Columbia, Diplomat, Embassy, Freedom, Liberty, Lincoln, Patriot, and Republic.
Community amenities include a manned entrance, heated pools, boat dockage, children's play area, library, clubhouse, spa/hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, beautiful lake, and bocce court. Pets are allowed in the community, although there are some restrictions, which vary from association to association.
