Welcome to Independence Bay!

 

Independence Bay is a gated community nestled in Deerfield Beach, Florida comprising 11 neighborhoods, each with their own neighborhood association.

 

The Single Family homes, Villas, Condos or Townhomes include at a minimum: 2 full baths, foyer, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, assigned parking, central heat and air conditioning... there may be additional features in each individual home.

 

The community amenities include a manned entrance, heated pools, boat dockage, children's play area, library, clubhouse, spa/hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, beautiful lake, bocce court. Pets are allowed in the community, although there are some restrictions, which vary from association to association.
